Information Sessions

Information sessions are a quick way to learn all about the campus. These include an overview presentation on admission and financial aid by one of our admissions representatives and a walking tour of campus by a student ambassador. We’re happy to answer any questions during these 1-2 hour sessions.

Take a deeper dive

Prospective student days offer a more in-depth look at the Blue Knight life. You'll get more info about Urbana’s engaging academic programs, campus life and the many opportunities available to Urbana students. You'll chat with current students, eat lunch with faculty in the Dining Commons, and attend (as available) a class, performance or athletic event.

Focus Visit Days

Let’s get personal

Focus visit days are super specialized to meet the needs of our prospective students. Opportunities include: Homeschool/FFA Student Visit Day, Blue Knight Experience Day, Transfer Student Visit Day, Honors Exploration Visit Day and Multicultural Student Visit Day. Destination UU Days are an additional option – they’re held during spring semester and are and exclusive opportunity for accepted students.

Group Visits

Group visits are a great way to get the specific info delivered to your organization in the right way. We routinely customize visits and campus tours for high schools, educational programs, community-based organizations or extracurricular groups working with 20 or more high school students in the 10th, 11th or 12th grade.
